Information

• All bookings require a minimum 10% deposit. Deposits can be made via check or credit card with a 3% processing fee.
• Please make checks out to Easter B Charters Inc. 
• All deposits are non-refundable unless cancellation is received (30) days prior to the departure date.
• Cancellations within 30 days will result in a forfeiture of the deposit.
• Due to rising fuel costs, a fuel surcharge may be added at the discretion of the Captain.
• We do not charge passengers to use our fishing gear, BUT if lost or damaged by passengers there will be an additional charge for replacement or repair.
• NO illegal drugs are permitted onboard. (including marijuana)
• Prescription drugs can only be carried by the person to whom they are prescribed.
• It is the passengers responsibility to disclose any health conditions which could cause concern to the Captain before departure.
• Safety is a top priority, the Captain has the right to cancel or modify the trip based on passengers behavior and the safety of all those onboard.
• Due to COVID-19 passengers are required to bring their own pillow and blanket/bedding for any trips deemed necessary.
• Remaining balance of trip cost is due BEFORE departure either via cash or credit card.
• Please be considerate of the Captain and crew and do not come onboard if you have any COVID-19 symptoms.
